Expected Behavior

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism.
• Be mindful of your language and actions.
• Respect differing opinions and engage in constructive discussions.
• Follow session moderators’ instructions.
• Alert conference staff if you notice violations.

Unacceptable Behavior

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination.
• Offensive comments related to gender, race, religion, etc.
• Unwanted physical contact or sexual attention.
• Disruptive behavior during talks or sessions.
• Retaliation against anyone reporting violations.

Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness a violation, please:

• Notify a conference staff member immediately.
• Email [email protected] with details.
• Reports can be made anonymously if preferred.

Enforcement

Conference organizers will:

• Investigate all reports promptly.
• Take appropriate action, including warnings or expulsion.
• Respect confidentiality for all parties involved.
